SWIM
The swimming course takes place on the award-winning Arenal Beach, known for its calm, clean waters and large, high-quality sandy beach.
There will be a single lap for all distances, the route of which varies depending on the marking buoys, as indicated in the graphic.
BIKE
The cycling course combines the avenues leading to Burriana Beach with the extremely fast CV-18 motorway. With only 21 meters of elevation gain per lap and very few curves, it is one of the fastest circuits available.
It is a full-length out-and-back circuit, with wide lanes that ensure safe cycling.
It ‘s strictly prohibited to drive in the left lane in the direction of travel. This will result in immediate disqualification. Traffic regulations must be observed at all times..

The run course combines the Arenal Beach promenade with the Clot de la Mare de Déu Municipal Natural Park, a unique natural area, as it is one of the few examples of riparian forests present in the Plana Baixa. This natural area will be the setting for the run course, where participants will be able to discover the large number of elms, poplars, and black poplars present in the area.
