From the organization of the INFINITRI 113 TRIATHLON we have searched for the hotels that best suit the special needs of our triathletes and the organization, for this reason this year we repeat with the Hotel AGORA Spa & Resort. The Agora stands out both for its excellent location (150 meters from the South Beach, where the arrival of swimming takes place and the transition area), and for its excellent services, a 4**** hotel with modern facilities, which has: spa, paddle tennis court, auditorium, pub, hairdresser, bars, swimming pools, etc… all with a more than adjusted price that will make your stay a great experience.
SERVICES
- Rooms with: independent air conditioning and heating, T.V. flat satellite, bathroom with bathtub, minibar and free safe, hairdryer and telephone.
- Triathlete menu: You will have specially selected dishes for optimal performance. Also menus suitable for celiacs (indicate in comments).
- First 50 reservations will have free check-out at 16:00. In the rest of the reservations, in general, the check-out is at 12:00, and it can be extended according to availability and hotel prices.
- The rooms offered in general are the standard rooms. If you want Suites, contact the organization to find out their price and availability.
- The hotel has parking, which can be reserved and paid upon arrival at the hotel.
MEAL SCHEDULES:
- Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (on the day of the competition at 05:30 a.m.)
- Lunch: 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Dinner: 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Water and wine included with meals
- Breakfast from 5:30 (race day)
- 50 First reservations, free check-out at 16:00
- Cancellations: the hotel reservation can be canceled free of charge, with or without cancellation insurance, as long as the participant is not going to do the race, and with a deadline of April 22.
- Condition of children: a child is considered if the age is between 2 and 12 years. Above this age, it is considered an adult, and below it are considered babies, which are free. IMPORTANT: IF YOU TRAVEL WITH BABIES, EVEN IF IT IS FREE, INDICATE IT IN THE OBSERVATIONS FIELD. The hiring of cots is not included and can be done upon arrival at the hotel with direct payment to it.
Other services not included in these rates, will be paid directly to the hotel.
Reservations not made through the organization, even if they are in the same hotels, will not enjoy the advantages explained.
The organization may modify the official accommodation without the prior consent of the participant, if there is a circumstance of force majeure or changes in the conditions agreed in the accommodation. If the new hotel is more than 500 meters from the start, the organization will provide a free bus transfer service on the day of the race for the participants. If this case of change of accommodation occurs, the organization will not refund the amount of the accommodation. Refunds will not be made if the price of the new hotel is lower, although the difference would be charged if the new hotel has a higher rate.
